rv999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the rv999 website accessible at rv999.bet, including all sub-pages, services, applications, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, which holds that Player's PKR balance, transaction history, and personal settings.
• "PKR Balance" means the amount of Pakistani Rupees held in a Player's Account wallet, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake of real-money PKR balance placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms, distinct from real-money deposited funds.
• "Verification Documents" means the identity documents — including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP — required by rv999 to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which the Company, in its sole discretion and pursuant to its licensing obligations, does not accept Player registrations or real-money wagers.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the rv999 Platform and all real-money betting and casino features is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rv999 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, bet, or receive winnings through the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory as defined by the Company's current licensing regime.
• You are legally permitted — under the laws applicable to you personally — to participate in online betting and casino gaming activities.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of rv999 or any of its affiliated entities, in which case special restrictions on participation apply as communicated separately.

By clicking "Register," completing the registration form, or making a deposit on the rv999 Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out above. rv999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the rv999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate, complete, and truthful at the time of registration;
• Kept up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account; and
• Consistent with the identity documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification.

rv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the registration information provided is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or inconsistent with verification documents. Any PKR balance or pending withdrawals associated with an Account closed for misrepresentation may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory reporting where required.

rv999 shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the rv999 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rv999 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard PKR transactions. Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your Account cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific restrictions. rv999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 8 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
• rv999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where a Player's Account is under active review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML compliance screening.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their own bank or mobile money provider. rv999 does not bear responsibility for third-party transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee on withdrawal, as specified in current promotional terms.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. rv999 will request a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and, where required, proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your PKR wallet.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the rv999 sportsbook are governed by these Terms & Conditions together with the sport-specific and event-specific rules published in the rv999 sportsbook help section. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the sport-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only once a bet reference number has been issued to the Player and the corresponding PKR amount has been deducted from the Player's Account balance.
• rv999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse any bet, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional latency and connectivity conditions. rv999 is not liable for bets placed after the market has closed, even where a network delay caused the bet to appear accepted.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, rv999's event-specific rules will determine settlement. In the absence of event-specific rules, stakes will be returned to the Player's PKR wallet.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the International Cricket Council (ICC) playing conditions and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regulations where relevant to settlement.
• rv999 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in bet settlement and to adjust PKR balances accordingly, even after initial winnings have been credited.

6 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the rv999 Platform — including live casino tables, slots, Andar Bahar, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of the terms governing that game session.

• Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified by the relevant game certification body. Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot session, rv999 will apply its disconnection policy as follows: where a game round was in progress and the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's PKR wallet.
• rv999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's decision to continue playing a casino game with a depleted session budget, incomplete understanding of game rules, or under the influence of impaired judgment.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or mathematical irregularities in any casino game is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rv999 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to the PSL and other major sporting events. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bets placed with Bonus Funds do not count toward wagering requirements for that same bonus.
• rv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account shall remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome or new player promotion once only. Attempting to claim a new player bonus more than once — including by registering multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• rv999 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement on an active bonus, rv999 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rv999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all PKR balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events, colluding with other Players, or engaging in any form of match-fixing;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by rv999;
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across multiple platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of rv999's pricing or promotional systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rv999 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rv999 Platform — including but not limited to the rv999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rv999 or its licensed content providers, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rv999.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rv999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated winnings;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their own login credentials;
• Errors in bet settlement that are corrected by rv999 in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.

rv999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

rv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rv999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

rv999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling among all Players. The Company maintains a comprehensive Responsible Gaming programme in compliance with its licensing obligations. The following tools are available to all verified Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps denominated in PKR to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate the Player's Account and the agreement constituted by these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• By the Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting rv999 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• By rv999: rv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where required by regulatory directive, or where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the Company's responsible gaming obligations.

Sections pertaining to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of any Account and shall remain binding on both parties.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rv999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through rv999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

rv999 will make every reasonable effort to resolve Player disputes through its internal support and dispute resolution channels before any formal legal or regulatory process is initiated. Players are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] in the first instance.

15 Amendments

rv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rv999 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login, providing at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the rv999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
